Dennis took the time to review the car's merits, accompanied us on a test drive and patiently answered all of our questions and addressed all of comments, concerns, etc. We didn't experience any high-pressure sales tactics and didn't feel subjected to any expectations of making an immediate sale. Consequently my wife and I had time to talk about the purchase and returned the next day to complete the deal.
