I left 3 messages over several weeks and no one called me back. Finally someone answered and I was able to make an appointment. I did a night drop and indicated in the envelope the work that I needed done. T back. Finally someone answered and I was able to make an appointment. This included changing the oil, inspecting it, and repairing the problem that was causing several messages to appear on my dash screen. They found the problem and had to order parts to fix it. They had my car for a month. When it was finally done and I went to pick it up, they said I didn’t owe anything. It was covered under warranty. Great, except I should have owed for the oil change and inspection. Well, they never did that it. More

I was very satisfied. They honored my free inspection, etc. with Ron Lewis since buying it new from them back in 2011. I called since I had the flu and didn't want anyon They honored my free inspection, etc. with Ron Lewis since buying it new from them back in 2011. I called since I had the flu and didn't want anyone exposed to it, that my son-in-law dropped it off and was able to pay over the phone. He was very courtesy on the phone. When I went to pick it up, it was locked as requested with all the paperwork and receipt printed. They even had a thank you card for me. It was a very easy, enjoyable experience. Thank you so much. Everything was pretty good. I'm a bit disappointed that no one checked tire pressure before I took delivery. I also expected that the engine bay would be detailed but it wasn't. I made a service appointment over a week in advance for a particular day. When I go to get my car it was not serviced . Because of work restrictions I was not able to leave it for additional days.
