Didn't listen to what we told them needed checked. Didn't run the correct diagnostic, they said they would do, and still charged Anna $158 and change. Did not diagnose a check engine code correctly and charged me to replace a part and then the exact code came back on 5 minutes after I drove the car when I picked it up from the service dept after rep charged me to replace a part and then the exact code came back on 5 minutes after I drove the car when I picked it up from the service dept after replacing the supposedly “bad” part. Then the mechanic said I needed to purchase a whole new turbo without even doing anymore diagnostics which I was charged $149.99 for a full diagnostic evaluation. Total rip off and no service value whatsoever. They don’t know what they are doing there are Diehl service. Cannot diagnose or fix any real problem. Just want to charge the most and make up diagnoses without any true mechanic knowledge or skill. Do not let these “mechanics” work on your cars! More
