The service department is horrible. There were nine employees working and didn't seem to have time for the customers that were standing in there waiting to be helped. I received a text message. It's ready to be picked up and when I went in there to pick it up. I stood in there for fifteen minutes. Without Any of the employees asking if they could help me? It was the manager who came out of their office to try to help me, and even then, it was just to get me to pay and get out of there. What a horrible place. I do not want to do business with this place again and I was only there for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. More

My truck is going into regeneration mode 3 times a tank of fuel. I used to regen every 4-5 tanks of fuel. The service dept. checked it out and had no codes. Not allowed to do anything more. My fuel milage is 1-2 mph less than normal when in regen mode. For the DPF to be sooting up that fast (70-120 miles) The emissions must be high.
