I was told by the service advisor as I left that it was not possible to obtain the pin number because "the number changes every time you use it." This was not correct. He really could use some customer service training even if he has been there for 24 years. Abrupt, impatient, rude, checking his watch ( was he hungry?). Was it because I was a woman purchasing a truck and I asked legitimate questions instead of letting him ram rod us through signing? It was so off putting that I can’t recommend this dealership unless they can avoid this man. Also surprised by almost 1k of work that was needed on the truck once my own mechanic looked at it. I provided images and details supporting what he found (dirty engine air filter, minor leak, dirty rear differential fluid. Jeremy indicated he was surprised that these basic service items were not corrected when the truck was “shopped” but there appears to be nothing that can be done. I requested help locating the service manual for the truck and was promptly sent a PDF, except it was for a gas engine. Skylar did not respond to this, so I asked Jeremy who sent me the “diesel” supplement. Really, as a matter of course, this information should be automatically supplied if the original manual is no longer with the truck. Jeremy? Top shelf. The rest of the deal? A little off putting. And really, the finance person should have some serious customer service training. More

Jeremy was excellent in helping me purchase a 2015 Wrangler. Of course he was friendly and knowledgeable. But what mattered to me is he gave me space, options of wranglers that worked within my budget Wrangler. Of course he was friendly and knowledgeable.
