One other thing I really liked, is they don't play around ,and are very upfront and honest about what they can and can't do. They do all they can to get you to be a satisfied customer and that I am! I dropped by at Dick Smith at lunch. Rick greeted me and showed me a few Santa Fes. Nice looking car with good mileage, which was important. Test drove a Santa Fe and really liked it. There was no pressure from Rick, just good information about the car to consider. I left that afternoon with his card and returned later that evening to look at the car again. Rick had already left but Walter was there. Took another test drive. From there everything fell into place. I left that evening with a new car. Was very pleased with the friendly staff and great team work. thank you. More

We called and spoke to Lance Hammontree. The car was in front of the dealership washed and ready for a test drive. I am 65, I have bought a lot of cars and have never had this happen. We drove the car and finally came to a price that was fair to both of us. Truecar called it a great deal. Dealing with Lance is a pleasure. Lance took the time to show us all of the "bells and whistles" and there are quite a few in the car and made sure we were comfortable in the deal and the car. Thank You Lance. More
