Very poor service. Poor communication. Even though we called several times to see if our vehicle was done -- no response. We had a 7:30 appt. and we finally went to the Poor communication. Even though we called several times to see if our vehicle was done -- no response. We had a 7:30 appt. and we finally went to the dealership at 4PM after calling with no response and that's when they started working on our vehicle. And they didn't look at something we had specifically asked at all. So now we need to bring it back. :( More
