Hello Mr. Ferguson, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit. Customer service is of high regard to our organization and I sincerely apologize you feel your experience was less than outstanding. I did look into your visit and it seems you were looking to receive qualification for at least three rebate incentive programs from the Manufacturer that would have greatly reduced your price point. The programs you sought after were as follows: The Mobility program, Uber Driver Coupon, and Hyundai BoostUp Matching Incentive. Here are the reasons you did not qualify based on Hyundai Official Program Rules: For the Mobility Program Hyundai states “Hyundai Mobility financial assistance cannot be applied toward the purchase or lease of a new Hyundai Vehicle” this assistance is no more than $1000.00 for parts and labor and it is a reimbursement to the customer once proper documentation has been submitted to the Manufacture: For Uber Driver Coupon of $1000.00. Hyundai Official Program Rules state:” Customer must be a registered Uber Driver and be able to provide a printout from the Driver dashboard as proof of registration.” “Customers can log onto their Uber Driver dashboard at the dealership to print out their proof of registration.” For the Hyundai/BoostUp Matching Incentive Program: (up to $500.00 only) Official Program Rules: Eligibility: • Customers must have a BoostUp account that has been opened for at least 30 days before they can make a vehicle purchase with their BoostUp funds. • Customers must purchase an eligible new Hyundai vehicle from a participating Hyundai Dealership. Refer to “Participating Dealerships” and “Eligible Vehicles” above. • Customers must use the funds from their BoostUp account towards the purchase or lease of an eligible new Hyundai vehicle. Hyundai will offer a dollar to dollar matching incentive up to $500. • Incentive must be used as down payment assistance towards the purchase or lease of the Eligible new Hyundai vehicle. • New Hyundai vehicle must be delivered from dealer stock. • BoostUp account holder must be the purchaser of the eligible new Hyundai. All of the above programs which you did not qualify totaled $2500.00 plus $500.00 of your matching contribution to the Boost Up Program, in which equals $3000.00. In order to give or allow a consumer those discounts all proper documentation must be presented at time of Purchase or lease. Unfortunately your trade in vehicle was deemed to have some significant wear and tear on the internal front end parts that would result in the devaluation of your 2004 Toyota.
