Over 90 minutes elapsed from the time we arrived at handshake deal until we were able to meet with the finance manager to wrap up the paper work. This almost cost Dick Smith the sale (we were hungary and tired). Our sales person, Larry, clearly did his best to speed things up in the back office - kudos to him. Turns out one of the two finance managers was out, thus the backup. Cross training additional personnel could alleviate this irritant. 2. The tires wer all more than 5 lbs. under the recommended 34 lb. spec when we checked them upon arriving home. In our mind, that is a detail the dealership overlooked. Suggest better care in prepping a vehicle for customer delivery. More

He listen to what I wanted and needed and made it happen. So when that lease was up in early December, I went back to Larry and once again he took excellent care of me.
