It was always treated with skepticism, lack of trust and lack of integrity so Moe had a big barrier to break down even though we did not verbalize our mixed emotions about the car purchasing. His gentle, step by step slow talking and undivided attention made the purchase as stress free as possible. Dale the business manager who wrote up the contract was most pleasant too.
