PROBLEM RESOLVED I wll start out by saying Lance is a great guy. I was looking for a brand new 2017 AWD Santa FE. Well mistakenly I drove off the lot with a 2017 Santa I wll start out by saying Lance is a great guy. I was looking for a brand new 2017 AWD Santa FE. Well mistakenly I drove off the lot with a 2017 Santa Fe FWD not knowing I had the wrong vechicle, l called up Dick Smith Hyundai of Greenville, SC. and spoke with Lance and his manager. Nervously I waited for about 1 day the next day the manager called me back and told me we will exhange your vechicle with the right one. Of course this vechicle was more expensive and the interior color of the SUV was not my preference but a very beautiful SUV they made me a very happy customer. Thanks to all who worked on this deal Lance, Eddy, Dale and everybody involved in my deal. I will buy my next vechicle when it comes time. More
