I was told to get 2 different quotes from 2 diff body shops, which I wasn’t told when I was there the previous week. We have been through this process before about 2 years ago and was told the pain wasn’ shops, which I wasn’t told when I was there the previous week. We have been through this process before about 2 years ago and was told the pain wasn’t under warranty after getting those quotes. Telling me it wasn’t under warranty should’ve been the number one thing to tell me. Now, if I get those quotes, they will probably tell me to go to a shop in Easley, which I had to do previously, which they should tell me to do to begin with. Two vehicles purchased with Dick Smith, and this is the service we get. More
