Santa Fe Purchase - Thoms Al did a great job throughout the car buying process. He was not aggressive and really seemed to car about getting us what we wanted. Quick and easy!! Richard greeted us within 3 minutes of our arrival and determined or desired vehicle. He immediately went on a search and found that there was not one on the lot. As we got to the dealership shortly before closing we asked him to call us when one was available. We provided each other with the necessary information and went on our way. By 8:30 the next morning Richard called to say he now had two on the lot and had parked them side to side to facilitate our ease in comparisons. We got to the dealership after work ( 6:45 ) and selected our choice after test driving the vehicles. Finance was a snap and we drove home with our new vehicle at 8:45. The next morning Richard again called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and asking if there was anything we needed or wanted him to do. GREAT customer service and follow up!! More
