Stephen (Chuck) Akin was our sales person. I was impressed with Chuck's patience, and also his knowledge of the Hyundai vehicle that my husband and I purchased. We changed our minds a few times as to what we wanted, and Chuck remained professional and tried to help us by telling us the features of each different model. He was also very pleasant and nice to work with. The Sales Manger, also was helpful and patient as Chuck went to him as to what vehicle we wanted. We ended up with the best vehicle for us and the color I wanted. He also came out to meet us and was also friendly. We also dealt with Ken regarding the finances and warranty end of our purchase. My wife and I visited Dick Smith Hyundai as the result of a cross promotion with Capitol One. when we arrived we were greeted by Jarvis Smith and we discussed with him our concerns, price range and needs. He set the wheels in motion to acomplish our purchase while we scanned the lot for vehicles we were interested in taking a closer look at. Jarvis had a few vehicles brought up to the showroom so we could do just that. I a little under two hours we had aproval for our financing and were able to drive out with a 2010 Kia Soul which is a car my wife fell in love with when it first was advertised in 2010. Our service was fast friendly and we were not under pressure to spend outside our budget or to get a car we did not want nor extras we did not need. This high level of service is reflected in how Gordon personally brought the car we recently bought back to my wife's place of work after treating the seats and exterior (part of the premium warrantee) and had brought a box of doughnuts for her office staff, and filled the tank with gas. This level of care is far beyond what is expected and reflective of the exemplary experiences we have always had with Dick Smith.
