My wife and I were looking to trade in our older Expedition for a bigger and newer one which we found at Dick Smith. My wife had found a 2007 Expedition EL with about 11000 miles on it. We decided to buy and Chad Weeden did an excellent job setting up the trade in value and also talked us into the extended warranty that initially I did not want but my wife did. This proved to be a very good purchase as we later(about 1week) found out that certain electrical problems existed with the DVD player, the radio and the CD player. The extended warranty covered all of these costs which was a godsend. This was my second purchase in less than a year at Dick Smith Ford and definitely won't be my last. More

Chad had researched interest rates at several lending institutions and when I asked if he would check at my bank he happily did so and got lower rate. As we were leaving he came out of his office to tell us the bank had sent him aneven lower rate and he had already made the necessary adjustments to the paperwork. Ronnie also introduced Matthew McCullough who said he would be glad to help us anytime we could not get in touch with Ronnie. It was a pleasure to do business at Dick Smith Ford as everyone there, even those not working directly with us seemed happy and cheerful, even giving my granddaughter a bag of popcorn.
