I had a great experience during my visit. Not only did the technician change the oil topped off my other fluids he also washed my truck. I purchased a 2019 pre-owned sedan, and I had a couple issues with the car that had to be addressed. My salesman Thedrow brought the issue up to the Mark Capell the sales manager and Taylor Smith who immediately took care of the situation. Unbelievable group of people. Great service Service after the purchase is huge to me. Don't dare make a big sale, then forget or disregard me after the sale. Sick Sith Ford hasn't done that like other dealers have. They worked with me to set up the best service schedule according to my needs, not thiers. The gave me a ride home after dropping off my F150. I do feel, they should be able to pick me up and bring me back to get the vehicle when done. I'm alone and it's tough getting rides. Other dealers provide transportation both ways if you purchase brand new as I did. Otherwise A+ rating from me. More
Worst Service Department Ever There is not enough space to include all of the negative treatment we experienced. Suffice to say, we spent a lot of money to repair /replace entire AC system (2500), and had to return in less than a week for the same problem. They kept the vehicle another 3 days to discover a different problem, and cost of repair 2200. They would not honor the warranty, or admit they missed this the first time around. We refused to give them another dime, so we are back where we started, just 2500. poorer. These people are liars and they are cheating their customers. I would never recommend them to anyone. I think they must write their own positive reviews, since Harry was the tech we dealt with, and he was rude, arrogant and incompetent. I would give them a negative star, if that was an option. More
