Great Buying Experience and Wonderful Car I have not purchased a new car in over 15 years. I was somewhat forced into the situation due to my car being totaled in an accident and I had to replace it. I'm quite particular about who I deal with and what type of car I'm interested in. I did quite a bit of research in advance and narrowed my choices down to three different vehicles. Dick Hannah Hyundai had two of the three vehicles, so I set out to do test drives. I was immediately shown the two cars of interest and all my questions were answered about both. The salesperson, Cort, was very informative about each vehicle as was the manager Travis. I was very comfortable with the superior knowledge of both these fine gentlemen. After careful consideration of the information, I decided to test drive the Elantra which was the car that best met my needs and price point. I then took it for a test drive and was sold. It performed beautifully and I'm quite sure I'll enjoy my Elantra for years to come. Thanks Tavis and Cort for making my car buying experience a joy instead of a dreaded task. More

Love the car, hate the dealership So far I love the car but I will never do business of any sort with Dick Hannah. My original review was positive but as soon as we went into financing that's when it went downhill. All of a sudden the price of the vehicle went up by nearly $3000. On top of that they charged me more for extra services I could have gone somewhere else for that would have done a much better job. I'm skeptical of getting my maintenance done here let alone get my complimentary car wash. More
