I went in to Dick Hannah Subaru believing I didn't meet the criteria to get anything in my price range. Giving little to work with for a starting point on negotiations, Christian didn't bat an eyelash as he worked tirelessly and effortlessly to help me with my situation. All the while, at no time did he treat me like a just a customer. He showed outstanding personal care as if I were a friend or family member. I'm greatful for walking through the door that day. My life is better for it. Being a chef with over 16 years of business management, marketing, and customer service under my belt, I can honestly say Christian McFarland is one of the best in the biz. Jeremiah is a very good friend of ours and I went down there hoping to talk with him but he was busy with another customer so Bassam was very helpful and offered excellent customer service! He listened to what we were both looking for in another car, right away helped me figure out the best deal my husband and I could get within our budget. He printed out the info, I took it back to my husband. Leasing a vehicle is a new concept for us but he made it so easy for us to understand and work with. We went back to the dealership and that evening we drove away with a new Subaru Legacy! More

We wasted a lot of time going back and forth just for him to eventually agree with our number so that part was a pain but other than that is was great. My spouse and I had been talking about checking out the Crosstrek for awhile, and we decided to stop at Dick Hannah after running errands in Portland My spouse and I had been talking about checking out the Crosstrek for awhile, and we decided to stop at Dick Hannah after running errands in Portland on Saturday afternoon. By a stroke of good fortune, Ather Munson greeted us on the lot and patiently answered our questions on what turned out to be a marathon car-buying event. We were definitely interested in a new car to replace his smoking hunk-of-junk Dodge, but had only jokingly considered trading in my 2012 Forester for a newer model. Long story short, we each walked out with a new car. Ather worked his tail off to get us a good deal on my trade-in and to find cars with the features we wanted within our financial comfort level. A week in, we are both pleased as pie with our new Subies... and the ice cream on top is that it even motivated us to clean out the garage so we could fit both of them in. Ather was a pleasure to work with. It was a very busy day in their world, and that didn't affect the level of service we received. He was easy-going, totally not pushy, and let the quality of the cars (and the great deals) speak for themselves when it came time to decide on whether or not to purchase. One final note, I went back a week later to have something installed, and I had an excellent experience in the service department as well. This is consistent with service that I received with my old car - I've had nothing but good experiences at Dick Hannah. More
Great price, Excellent Customer Service When I bought my car from Dick Hannah Subaru, I was asked by many family and friends if I would purchase another car there. And as fate would have it, when my four month old car was totaled, I was in the hunt for another car. And Yes, I went directly back to Dick Hannah Subaru looking for another car. Not only did they give me a great price on the first car, but an awesome price on the second car. Since I knew exactly what I wanted they quickly reached out to other dealerships in the area because my specifics requirements where not on there lot. They found the car about 110 miles away, and sent a driver within a hour to go get it that day for a dealer swap so I could pick it up the next morning. They cancelled my extended warranty on my old car and issued a new warranty with the original pricing. This saved me lots of money! And now for the best part- I worked with Christian Mcfarland who took me through the whole process easily and painlessly. And the next day Christian picked me up at my house about 30 mins away and brought me to the dealership to pick up my new car. Christian wanted to make sure everything was done right. Did I mention that this was his day off?! I really appreciate this excellent customer service skills and him going the extra mile for me. Made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Christian! I Definitely Recommend Dick Hannah Subaru! My experience with Dick Hannah Subaru has been a pretty pleasant one even despite some rotten luck. I really appreciate the staff; most specifically -- Mike El Krewi (our sales person), Ali Shaer (our finance guru), and Zach Turner (our service superstar). I will say, Mike was fun to work with and he followed up a few times to see how things were going. We really appreciated that! Ali was also a great person to work with-- making the transaction a breeze. Here's the rotten luck part of the story: We got ourselves a beautiful Subaru Outback Premium but it didn't come with leather - something I was adamant about. Instead, we had a company install the leather a few days after we purchased. The Dick Hannah team coordinated very well with my schedule and make the whole process a breeze. When I picked up my car a day or two later, there were some issues with the leather installation and the car was a mess-- there was dust and fingerprints everywhere. Literally, everywhere. I expressed my concern to Zach Turner, the kind soul in service, and he agreed; this was NOT their usual instance and immediately said they will make this situation right. We chatted for a bit and I left there that night feeling calm and grateful (a big feat for me considering my stubbornness). Zach had to talk to his supervisor to see what they could do for me and I got a call a day later. Zach explained that this was not up to their standard of excellence and he got approval to get my car professionally detailed and inspected. He also coordinated with the leather company and they are fixing the issues that I had with the installation (and I might say, the leather is AMAZING compared to the factory installed leather - highly recommend). I know when I pick up my car tomorrow, it will be perfect. Absolutely perfect! I will only take my car to get serviced at Dick Hannah Subaru because Zach has really shown the level of pride they take in their quality of work. I am so impressed with the dealership as a whole. We are even having some fun additions added to the Subaru soon (rims, cargo basket, tinted windows, etc.) Thanks for everything, guys. We're so happy we went to Dick Hannah! More
