While the salesman made it all happen in one day which is greatly commendable, there were a few experiences that made it unpleasant. - The agreed price over phone was not respected in the end because of add greatly commendable, there were a few experiences that made it unpleasant. - The agreed price over phone was not respected in the end because of added option which left me without a choice. There was no mention of the extra charge on phone or in advance. So I had to negotiate and bargain which not only cost additional but also wasted half an hour of time. - There were other sale packages that were being pitched aggressively which I didn’t need. This attitude is not very healthy for buyers. - It took us more than four hours to close it. This could have been made faster. - The last experience was worst. I can overlook the above points but not the last one which was a shame. I was told the tank would be filled out before leaving. So I didn’t check further before leaving. Halfway at 9:30 on the freeway I realized I was out of gas as they hadn’t filled it out. I wondered if this was real. Next day when I reported it, they told me to come back which is a 75 mile drive back and forth to fill the tank. Instead, I requested them to send a gift card out of courtesy. But they didn’t. This is an absolute shame! More
