It turned out that the first email made it though the spam filter just fine but then the online agent switched email addressses and his replies to me were blocked. Luckily, Apple called me to follow up and she was quick to get me answers so I felt comfortable coming in for a test drive. Once I was there, her service was great and respectful. I was prepared to walk if it wasn't the arrangement I wanted. I felt she was firm but listened to what I wanted. I left with the car I wanted for a fair price. I'd recommend her to friends and family. More

He brought snacks and drinks for me and my wife while we waiting for him to work with the general manager. I don't even see this kind of service anywhere else except at Dick Hannah Subaru. My wife and I happily leave the dealership with a 2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i Touring with package 33 included thanks to Robert.
