Apple was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. No pressure at all. She made the entire leasing process smooth and not only bearable but fun. Leasing or buying from Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver should be your "go-to" choice as far as I am concerned. They even washed the car I originally came in with. Thanks! I had friendly service, was treated like a person instead of an easy customer, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable when purchasing the car. Longer story: I searched for about 4 months to locate a used car to replace the one I was driving. When I finally found the model and narrowed in on the year, I began a more serious search. After locating a few models in the area I was getting closer to buying but that is when the sales people became more aggressive on their end. I am not a very confrontational or aggressive negotiator and this was my first time buying a used car. So after a couple of really bad experiences with both Carr and Wentworth (where I almost severely overpaid for a used car) the Dick Hannah Subaru dealership in Vancouver, WA was a much needed relief in buying experience. I knew I wanted to buy the car (a 2011 outback limited), they let me ask as many questions and take my time with each financing step. I only felt a little weird about the warranty they were offering but they gave me more time and allowed me to back out the following day if I really didn't want it. So all the better. More

He was thorough and friendly. All staff was friendly and helpful for an example, I asked a question about a consumer report that I had read, he walked me straight to the service department and we spoke with someone about my concern. His quick response to lead me to the service department gave me a sense of value, which I really appreciated. More
