Mike was great - helpful and responsive We had and inconsistent experience with internet sales, there was lack of continuity between internet reps and people working in the dealership. Also We had and inconsistent experience with internet sales, there was lack of continuity between internet reps and people working in the dealership. Also we did not appreciate being offered the same additional warrantee at two different prices, during initial presentation of sales agreement and then later at a lower price when sale was finalized. This lacks integrity. Also did not appreciate the sales pressure in the little room to purchase an additional warrantee, which we were not interested in. It should be offered more neutrally and with less pressure and innuendo that something could go wrong and you should worry. HOWEVER, we had a great experience with Mike Krewi. He was super helpful, responsive, went the extra mile by meeting us late for a sale, and we would recommend him highly to others. More
