It came with two 2017/2018 season passes, I was a bit bummed I wouldn't be able to get season passes for a year but figured I would get the perk the next year. The 2017/2018 season in here and now when I go to redeem my passes the account no longer works. I was reached out to by the Dick Hannah Subaru sales manager and they are standing up and making it right for my wife and I. They apologized for the confusion, wished us a happy ski season and hope to see us back come time for a new vehicle. It's a bummer that the confusion surrounding this ski pass which is out of both of our control caused the aggravation that it did, I am glad they are making it right. I am also a man of my word so when the time comes we will come see you Curtis and see if you can put us in our next Subaru. Thank you, -Nick More

I purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from this Dick Hannah after a recommendation from a friend who purchased his car here as well. I came there originally for a specific red Crosstrek, as this was my second choice color after the grey. I couldn’t find a “cool grey” one anywhere close to my price range! Turned out they had one on the lot I was not aware of. Bassam and his team gave me an amazing deal on one that had EVERYTHING I wanted. Never have I been happier with a car :) More
