This is the first time that we needed our '05 Subaru serviced since purchase. Taking it to the dealership was great. We got to the service department and just drove on in. We got a phone call almost 2 full hours before our promised time of 3pm that our car was done, which was great! Again upon arrival back to the dealership someone went running (in the rain) to get our car. The full inspection was gone over to let us know if there were any problem areas we needed to know about. More than anything we were treated with courtesy and timeliness the entire time. I know that my car got the best care it could by taking it straight to the dealership. More

BY FAR, Dick Hannah Subaru and SCOTTY EASTHAM IN PARTICULAR convinced me to buy my Outback sport. He was very informative, patient (through 2 test drives) and put absolutely NO pressure on me to buy! Another non-Subaru dealership nearby was sloppy and full of pushy dealers who thought they knew better than I, what was the best vehicle for me. I should never have wasted my time anywhere else.
