I was nervous about going to a dealer for a new car until I met Sam Gibbs. When I visited Dick Hanna dealership and was greated by Sam, I felt nearly instantly comfortable. I was not ready to purchase but I I met Sam Gibbs. When I visited Dick Hanna dealership and was greated by Sam, I felt nearly instantly comfortable. I was not ready to purchase but I felt so good about meeting Sam and his great personality that I kept his card in my wallet. A few months later I bought my first car from him a near new 2005 Subaru legacy. Everything from the finance personnel to the sales person Sam was so great, I decided from then on that I would take my business to Dick Hanna and ask specifically for Sam. He was the one I came to for my brand new 2009 WRX and I am thrilled it was as good as experence as the first time. On a recent service stop I met with subarushawn and was suprized yet again but nother great personality person who was enthusiastic about his work and everything else. I could call these people my friends. I never fill out surveys or reviews, but in this case, I could not help but doing a reviews to express the gratitude I have for the people at this dealership. I have had my car serviced by Dick Hannah since I purchased it in 2006 and I have always been given excellent service. I am always greated with a smile, processed quickly and the car is returned to me with a smile. They have a great waiting room to wait in and always have my car ready before or at the time they say they will. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their Subaru serviced. More
