This was my first time buying a car but not my first time at a dealership, it was a really comfortable environment. I came in with a list of cars I had looked up the previous and they were very honest with m at a dealership, it was a really comfortable environment. I came in with a list of cars I had looked up the previous and they were very honest with me about my choices explaining to me which ones would be the best choices for overall gas mileage and insurance since I was on a little bit of a budget. Within minutes the car I chose was pulled around so I could test drive it, scotty was super freindly and down to earth he made me feel very comfortable in the car. When we arrived back at the dealership we began the paperwork, it didn't even feel like I bought a car, car guys normally give me the creeps and are super push but the guys at dick Hannah always make me feel very welcomed, I would definately recommend them to anyone More

When we arrived at the dealership we informed Dan that we were still deciding between the Hyundai Santa Fe and the Subaru Outback. Dan never pressured us into buying and even offered to set up a test drive of the Hyundai. We lost track of time talking to Dan about the Outback, he was so informative, that we decided to come back the following day. We had spent over three hours with Dan that afternoon. The following day we returned and purchased the Outback without test driving the Hyundai, in part due to Dan's overall knowledge of the Outback. We have been very pleased with our purchase. More

Found an amazing advertisement on a 2010 Subaru Impreza. I was willing to drive the 5 hours to do a trade in my Pontiac. I was extremely surprised by the way they treated us. I honestly was expecting a usual not very good experience as I had dealt with Dick Hannah in the past. I was always very pleased with their service and so when I decided to buy a new car I went to Dick Hann have had my car serviced by them many times. When i first came to Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver WA my original plan was to just look around and find a car i liked. Not to buy. Although I needed a car and was without one because my previous car had decided to quit on me, i wanted to just look and buy one later. I never thought i could get a car that would fit my budget at that time. So i met my first car sales man. Scotty was very easy going and gave me a tour of the lot. I told him what i wanted and he opened up different cars for me and let me test drive a car i really liked. I told him i never bought a new car before and i'd like to go through the buying process and just see how it worked. Scotty help me understand how it worked. During the buying process i never felt rushed or nervous. Scotty even told me if i was unsure to go home and think more about it and come back later. When i came back, he helped me get the car i wanted at a really good price. I love the car and think that it was well worth the money. My advice is to pick the car you want, do research, and figure out what its worth to you. At that time, i wasn't in a position to pay as much as the car was worth, but because of the right circumstances Scotty was able to get me the car for an amount i could afford at an unbelievable price. I would recommend anyone to go and talk to Scotty if you want a subaru. He not only helped me find the car i liked, but helped me get it as well. More

But, the best part is that we didn't have to haggle, no kidding! we were immediately quoted a great price.... Dick Hannah beat all other quotes, hands down. We signed papers, Tonya did a great job of getting us through the financials... I highly recommend these guys. If your looking for a Subaru, you'd do well to give Richard a call. More
