I drove in late Saturday with a burned out headlight bulb. Ken immediately came over, had a technician determine what needed to be done and apologized for my having to wait. He suggested that since I was already there and they had time maybe they should complete my oil change at the same time and I agreed. I've always been treated in a very respectful way by everyone in the service department. My only complaint is with Subaru. From the windshield wipers to the bulbs every thing is a major ordeal and difficult to have replaced or repaired.
