I was supposed to be getting special pricing because of involvement with Subaru rally's. Which I feel I did not get. I feel I was taken advantage of especially with my trade in. And I was tricked into buying the extended warranty, which I thought they were giving to me until I was signing the final paper work and it had and extra charge of over $2,000 on it. The overall experience with the dealership and with Mike Krewi was excellent. They were very patient with me and would find a way to meet every request I made. I was initially greeted by Mike, who was very friendly and had a great sense of professionalism about him (from appearance and etiquitte). He had good knowledge and helpfull insight on the car while taking the test drive. Once returning to the dealership to work out the price he never once invaded my need for time to think to myself and never once made me feel rushed. In the end, with his ability to work with me on the price and not leave me feeling taking advantage of, I would have to say that it was probably the best experience in a dealership I've had. Of course it was also a pleasnt suprise that even after the deal had been made he continued to talk with me to go over the car and any options or questions I had. He even made a courtesy follow up call a few days after, which may not seem like much, but in my experience never happens. Its nice to know that the dealership is interested in the customer even after they've sold the car. More

We came in looking for a used Subaru, and Mike helped us find something right away that fit our interests and our price range. I went into the Subaru car dealership, my husband was working but I knew I needed to trade in. I was met by the friendly smile of Long, he was helpful in showing me used cars. When I asked him about SUV' working but I knew I needed to trade in. I was met by the friendly smile of Long, he was helpful in showing me used cars. When I asked him about SUV's he showed me the Subaru Forester. We ended up taking it for a spin. Long was so helpful and respectful to me during my time there. I ended up buying a 2011 Forester. I bought from this dealership because it was the first Subaru dealership I visited where I could look the salesman in the eye. Mike was a pleasure to work with. The manager Curtis was generally a bully though he tried to be on good behavior I could tell he wanted to yell at me most of the time we talked. He is either really bad at math or he was lying because he said he would add to the total price and then drop the documentation fees and I would pay the same amount. The numbers he wrote down made the price actually go up by $100 though. When I pointed it out he refused to accept the price had changed at first. Then he admitted it had gone up but that was the best he could do. I didn't care about $100 out of almost $30,000 but I really didn't like being lied to. Nathan in finance doesn't work there anymore. He was easy to deal with but not great and the prices he insisted were really good were actually a bit high. When I called with questions Curtis happy forwarded me to Nathan's voicemail even though Nathan had left the dealership. I ended up having to drive 40 miles to the dealership to get my questions answered. Really bad customer service. The final problem that makes me recommend against visiting Dick Hannah Subaru is they badger you to give them the survey that Subaru sends to your house. The survey says in two places in bold underlined letters "Please do NOT give this survey to your dealership." Well these guys really want it and call me regularly asking me to bring it to them. I was offered a free tank of gas in exchange. This seems dishonest to me. I'm going to ignore their bribe and fill the survey in honestly. And their marks would have been much higher if they had left me in peace. Overall I felt bullied and ended up not liking my car as a result. Every time they call me the feeling comes back and I really wish I had just kept my old car and never visited this lot. After a week or so of peace I start to like my new Outback a little. Sure enough I get another call and I go back to being angry. I hope they will leave me alone and let me enjoy my car at some point. It's been six weeks so far. More
