We live in puyallup wa, and tried working with a dealership 45 minutes away. We could not get a salesperson to keep us informed of a presale order for a 2012 impreza. Out of frustration on a sunday afternoon, we pulled up subaru dealerships in washington and called Dick Hannah Subaru because of dealer ratings and a great website. Ammar answered the sales call, asked the right questions, listened to everything on our "wish list" and called back within the hour with some available car choices. He did a perfect job, and "held" a car for us until we could make the long journey to vancouver. Once there, he came out to us immediately and within 10 minutes we were driving a few different styles of the new Impreza. We found one we liked, and just like that, we now own a subaru! This was absolutely the easiest and best experience we could have ever hoped for from a car dealership. Both Chris and Anmar were very easy to work with and went out of their way to make the sale as convenient as possible. We flew in from Seattle and Anamr even picked us up at the airport. I went to Dick Hannah because they had the best prices and I bought a 99 Outback in 1999 and have loved it. The salesman was very nice and not "pushy". When it came time to test-drive the vehicle, the salesman, Ron Mentek, was extremely helpful. He knew the car well, he did not try to "sell" us something we didn't need, and he let my fiancee and I both test-drive the car. That being said, most of the prices were pretty close. This was my first purchase of a car at a dealership, and I have to say, it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I never felt pressured by Huyen or any other staff and they were reasonable with the negotiating process. The car I bought was not on the lot, and Huyen kept me updated until it came in. I also bought the Subaru Gold Plus Warranty for a good price. One reason to consider Dick Hannah is their tires for life program. Do all your factory required service there, and you get free tires when needed($500 per set). In addition, they’ll hand-wash your car every month and give you loaner cars. I would highly recommend Huyen and Dick Hannah Subaru. More
