Walking into any dealership is overwhelming. Our visit to Dick Hannah Subaru was a complete different experience. Arriving at the lot Sam greeted us genuinely. He asked many great questions and together we talked about what exactly we were looking for, what was on our list of considerations, and what our lifestyle needs were in regards to a vehicle we have a small business and need to travel to shows and needed a 5 seat car. Sam was straight forward and kind making the whole experience lot easier than anticipated. He's an easy going guy who took the whole process at our speed. Sam has a genuine nature, sense of humor, knowledge and willingness to find answers to the questions I had, makes us highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru for your car needs. Also we wanted to say Curtis was wonderful working with us too his attitude was wonderful and we loved the "Great News" attitude he had. We came in looking for a used car and left with a fantastic new car that we will adore for many years to come. We are now proud Subaru owners! Many thanks! More

Jan. 28, 2012 - I just purchased my 2nd Subaru Forester and could not be happier primarily because Long Nguyen at Dick Hannah Subaru Vancouver not only listened; was respectful; did not "lock me in a bare- and could not be happier primarily because Long Nguyen at Dick Hannah Subaru Vancouver not only listened; was respectful; did not "lock me in a bare-walled cubicle" and send a manager in; got me exactly the vehicle I requested (color for exterior and interior plus all the features (and competitive pricing) I wanted and more) AND zipped me through to ownership in record time. Relaxed atmosphere and, of course, a vehicle with an excellent track record that will keep me coming back for more!!!! Other dealerships could definately take some leassons from Long!!! More

I purchased a new 2012 Subaru Forester through the internet sales department at Dick Hannah Subaru. The quoted price was excellent, to the point that I am not quite sure how the dealership can stay in internet sales department at Dick Hannah Subaru. The quoted price was excellent, to the point that I am not quite sure how the dealership can stay in business, but I am sure they know what they are doing and are trying to move cars. The in person sales associate with whom I dealt was Brian Ramsdell. Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in moving the sale along in a manner that was time efficient for both of us. When I arrived from out of state to take possession of the car, Brian was there waiting for me and the car was ready to go. One item worthy of note is that there was an error in the total drive away price of the car, not in the dealer's favor but in mine, and the dealer refunded the overcharge. A less ethical dealership could easily have tacked on some extra charges to consume the overcharge and I may not have been the wiser. They did not do that. I would recommend Dick Hannah Subaru and Brian Ramsdell in particular to anyone considering the purchase of a new auto. More

My sales person Mizan Raheem was very personalable! He made me feel very comfortable and NOT pressured. I just bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza from Dick Hannah Subaru and I FREAKING LOVE MY CAR!!! I had also gone to another subaru dealership that I will not name...but let's just say it was way worth the driv Subaru and I FREAKING LOVE MY CAR!!! I had also gone to another subaru dealership that I will not name...but let's just say it was way worth the drive up to Vancouver. The customer service there was so much better. I felt less pressure to buy at Dick Hannah Subaru and they seemed to be much more honest and upfront. Huyen was go-to-guy and he was excellent! He even drove over 50 miles to get my previous co-signer's signature on my trade-in vehicle. Overall, I am LOVING the deal I got, and of course, most of all, MY CAR!! :) More
