Very pleased with Mr Mizans' approach. Very relaxed and let us take our time. The negotiations were a little rough, and we were suprised to recieve a different package than the one we had picked out. We knew what car we wanted (make and model) so I went online through a buying service. This was one of two dealers I was referred to. They had the car I wanted in stock and Mike and the rest of the emplo online through a buying service. This was one of two dealers I was referred to. The price quoted through email was below the buying service price, and was of course honored without question once we met face to face. Mike made sure we had the accessories we wanted put in the car before the parts department closed for the day. It's surprising how long it takes to go through all the paperwork of buying a new car, but knowing the price before hand sure made it hassle free. There was no haggling and no pressure. Overall as relaxed an experience as car buying can be. More
