We found 2 cars on Dick Hannah's website we wanted to go look at in person. So we stopped in today and asked about them. The salesman, Sam, Told me right away that the Toyota I was inquiring about had sold look at in person. So we stopped in today and asked about them. The salesman, Sam, Told me right away that the Toyota I was inquiring about had sold yesterday, but that he'd have to look and see if he still had the Ford. He went in to check and when he came back out he had changed his story. Suddenly he needed stock numbers, wasn't sure what cars we were talking about, maybe the cars were at the Longview lot, would we like to look at some other cars, etc. We left. All told we were there less than 5 minutes. I had a similar experience at Dick Hannah 20 years ago or so. They haven't changed one bit. More

I'm happy to give Dick Hannah the "great" rating. I had researched cars on the internet, Edmonds.com to be exact. I was interested in Subarus because of their safety records and gas milag rating. I espectially appreciated Jerimiah's honesty. He then brought in the internet expert, Sam. Sam met the internet price. He was professional,and very pleasant and fun to visit with when the financial fellow's computer crashed and the process took extra time to complete. That was the only downside to the purchase of the Forester. I never felt pressured to buy a car from him. He made it clear he was there to meet our needs, not his. I've put 50 miles on the car this week. It has some zip to it and is fun to drive. I'd recommend Sam to anyone interested in a Subaru. He knows the cars well. More
