Made Dick Hannah our first stop if several Subaru dealerships in the search for a new Outback. Ends up we liked Joel so much, the selection they had, and the prices, that we scrapped our big hunting dealerships in the search for a new Outback. They worked with us to get us the car we wanted at a great price. The process took a bit longer than expected, but was never painful :-). Joel was very personable and made you feel like he cared about our well being and had a true love of the cars he is selling. I would recommend checking this dealership out if you are hunting a Subie... and ask for Joel Pickell ;-) More

We had a great experience buying our Subaru Forester. This was our first new car that we purchased as a couple and the team at Dick Hannah made it great. Deceptive sales staff. Very pushy, clearly trying to upsell. Promised a confirmed industry price through Costco, then provided a price that was several thousand more than the set price. Management was evasive and failed to be helpful when this issue was raised. We are very unhappy with our purchase experience and will never do buisiness with this dealership again. There are plenty of other Subaru dealerships in the area, I highly recommend you seek them out and avoid Dick Hannah! More
