I visited Dick Hannah Subaru, just to see if the 2012 WRX was a car I'd be interested in. Jeremiah was my initial sales contact, and he was very helpful while I was checking the cars out. I also had an '07 Impreza (not WRX) that I wanted to use for a trade-in. Jeremiah did a great job of bringing in a couple of the "deal makers" and we immediately started some negotiations. They gave me a great price for my trade-in, and also did me some favors on the new car, so the deal was very tempting. Within a very short time, we'd sorted out all the little particulars, and I was driving home in my new car. I was very pleased with Jeremiah and the entire sales/finance crew. More

We looked at and drove a new Subaru Forester at a dealer in Oregon and were quoted what we felt was a decent price for the car. Still, not being sure of what a competitive quote from another dealer might be, we looked online at Dick Hannah Subaru's inventory of new cars and were pleased to find a great selection of new Foresters. We requested a quote and immediately received an e-mail letting us know that we would be sent a quote within an hour (and this was late on a Sunday afternoon). Sure enough, we received a quote on two vehicles nearly identical to the one we had driven -- at a savings of about $800 compared to the original price we'd been considering. We arrived at Dick Hannah Subaru less that an hour later and were treated very well and professionally by Sales Rep. Mike Krewi and Internet Rep. Spencer Carlson and other Dick Hannah employees. Less than two hours later we were back at home in Portland with our new Subaru Forester in the garage. Before my husband and I went over to the Subaru dealership we decided to look at some used cars over at the Nissan dealership, the guy who approached us came off very rude, so in return we walked a dealership we decided to look at some used cars over at the Nissan dealership, the guy who approached us came off very rude, so in return we walked away and drove over to the Subaru dealership. As we got out of our Subaru a guy approached us very kind, and calm, his name was Dave aka DJ. Instantly we knew that he was nice, and wanted to meet our car needs. We told him what we were looking for, told him what we could spend a month, and that we were open to used or new. DJ showed us a few different cars, we test drove a VW golf and initially we were going to walk away with it but we just didn't feel peace about it, but as we were talking everything out he brought over his boss Curtis who shared with us some other car options. Curtis didn't take away from what DJ was doing, he was simply just sharing with us what else we could do and both of them worked as a team, and that really pleased us. My husband and I have always bought used cars, we never thought in our wildest dreams we would own/lease a BRAND NEW CAR! We discussed different payment plans, different cars, what we wanted, and didn't want, and the best part was there was NO PRESSURE from either one of them! They knew EXACTLY what we wanted and after everything we drove off leasing a 2012 Subaru Forester! We are SO incredibly happy with our purchase, the car is perfect, fun, and so attractive! Defiantly fits our family! We were thrilled with the customer service!! Great team work, not to serious, kind, and down to earth people!
