The overall experience was good but lenghty. They are willing to negotiate with you, but I don't think they're used to working with knowleageable customers and that could be frustrating. I originally gave this dealership a good review because everything went well. however, about a month or so later, after I already made payments, they say that my loan that was pre-approved for the agreed amount is no longer approved and if i want to keep the car I have to come up with the difference. I didn't let them screw me over when I bought the car so they lied to me about being pre-approved and now I have to deal with it. Thanks Dick Hanna. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone much less a friend. More

Great pricing from internet department who responded quick. Got to the dealer and asked for Chris, however, he wasn't available but was given to my salesman Huyen.
