Our Subaru purchase went smotth and easy. Edwin Perez was knowledgable and very easy to work with. There was no pressure tactics and when I went looking for an AD vehicle, I left with an AD vehicle. First, I love the man we worked with! Ed Perez was unlike any car dealer I've ever met or worked with before! Outstanding team work from sales thru GM, to finance. All members totaly on there game extra effort made to make us feel at home and as comfortable as possable buying a new car. My thanks goes out to our sales guy Joel Pickell as his knowledge about the product assured us of all of our concerns and expectations were so true, and eased the pain of the buying process, from snacks and drinks because we missed supper to teaching our daughter to drive a stick, so she could drive her WRX. We will never forget our finance guy as he totaly did what the GM promised and made it work plus a lot to make it even better. Then to drive over to our house on his day off to pick up the right account number was far above and beyond the call of duty but truly appreciated. If only I could spell his name.
