I worked mostly with Huyen. He was very up front and matter-of-fact, which I liked. They had a great deal for a Toyota Rav4 they had gotten, and I could not pass it up. We had gone to another dealership before, where I discovered the guys who were supposed to be working on our deal smoking out back, wasting our time. Dick Hannah seemed to not do anything like that, and I was appreciative! More
