As I drove up to the dealership, I was met by Ed (Edwin Perez) and explained to him that I'm here for an appointment to view 2013 Forester (I have already decided that I was planning to buy from another de Perez) and explained to him that I'm here for an appointment to view 2013 Forester (I have already decided that I was planning to buy from another dealer) with Tyler. Tyler wasn't there Ed was designated as the person who will show me the vehicle. One of the first things Ed did before our test driving, after a vehicle is pulled out from a lot, popped the hood and went over pretty much everything you might need to know (i.e. engine, oil type, oil filter, windshield wiper and brake fluids, etc). I appreciate that since as a woman; having to know what's under a vehicle hood is important, if/when engine or any other lights go on in the future, at least know that you have check engine oil, fluids, etc. He also answered all the questions I have about the vehicle. Also, I like to think that Ed is honest, no pressure and there is NO bull about pricing (able to honor the price that was quoted to me). Therefore, I decided to buy 2013 Forester from Ed instead of another deal in Portland. I hope that new/used buyers will get an opportunity of Ed as your product sale person. More

I am a first time car buyer and the reason why I wanted a Subaru is because they are reliable, built tough, and in my opinion, have the best AWD system on the car market. I was very nervous and anxious because I have never previously stepped onto a car lot in my life. Though, Ed and the staff made me feel very welcome and they easily relieved the built up tension that accumulated as I pulled into the dealership. Already with a car in mind, I told Ed the exact specs and features I wanted. Not only did he provide me a model with everything I desired, he managed to settle a price I was very satisfied with. The entire process went smoothly and Ed walked me through every step of the way as well as gave me a very in-depth tutorial of the car I was interested in. I drove home happy with a 2013 Subaru Legacy Limited PZEV.
