I came in looking for a car and test drove a few different cars. I initially wasn't impressed with the first two cars I drove, but really liked the last car I drove. We then negotiated on price for a long time, going back and forth several times until we finally settled on a price. I had to call a week later to get an update on the parts that still had to come in to find they were there and I was never contacted. Once I called and set up an appointment to get my spoiler and fog lights taken care of it was smooth sailing. More

After a few draining and very unpleasant visits to various dealerships in Portland, a friend recommended Dick Hannah. I saw a Subaru I wanted at a price that definitely seemed fair. Overall, this was a good experience. Sales person and sales manager were very friendly. Mike Krewi and the entire staff were friendly, professional, straight forward and made our new car buying experience the best we have ever had. This is from a family that dreads new car shopping due to the sales people. We went in looking for a new mid-range model Outback and drove away with one of the nicer upgraded models. This was due to Mike's straight forward and honest sales strategy that really worked for for my wife and I. I can not say enough about Mike the people at this dealership. From the moment we drove onto the the lot we were greeted with smiles and and treated very, very well until we left with our new Outback. If anything really stuck out it was Mike's sincerity in that he wanted our car buying experience to be a good one and that he cared that we left feeling good about our purchase. I would also add that every employee we met had a great sense of humor and seemed happy to be there, making the experience fun. Over all it turned out to be a great day for my wife and I and we will defiantly return to Dick Hanna Subaru in Vancouver to buy our next vehicle. Huyen provided exceptional customer service during my wife and my experience buying our first car together. After traveling down to Portland to come pick us up, Huyen made us feel comfortable right away, wife and my experience buying our first car together. In our four hours spent at the dealership, we learned just how much of a hard worker Huyen is, and how geniune of a person as well. My wife and I knew for certain the car we wanted, the problem was that we were hesitant to buy right away because it was our first large purchase as a newly married young couple. Huyen was extremely knowledgeable about all of the detailed benefits for buying this particular car, as well as of all of the nitty gritty financial and contractual information. Huyen respected that this was a huge decision for us, and allowed us what I felt was the proper amount of alone time to converse with out him around, so that we did not feel pressured into anything. Huyen was able to get the car we wanted down to a price that we were certain we could afford, and at a great rate. After we had officially purchased our new car, he followed us back to our home in Portland so that we could give him a few documents that he needed for the dealership, so that we did not have to return to Vancouver with them the next day.
