As per our lease agreement, we took our 2024 Forester in for its "one year" check up. In one year, we actually have only put 4,500 miles on it so it technically wasn't due for service until 5,000 but a yea for its "one year" check up. I called and made an appointment, they were ready when I arrived and serviced my car in less time than they had allowed. The check-in staff was very friendly, kept in touch with me about half way through and updated me before the service department was finished. I truly appreciate the service department at Dick Hannah Subaru dealership. More
Don’t Ever go here. I Got a brand new car. A literal lemon from month 1. Constant battery drain. It’s been 4 years of B.S. They waited until my extended warranty ended t I Got a brand new car. They waited until my extended warranty ended to try and stick me with the bill of the EXACT same problem on record for 4 years. My mother bought a new Subaru from here too (Outback), a year after I bought my new (ascent) car. Same battery drain issue that leaves you stranded. Hers was fixed years before mine was. Who knows if mine is really fixed. They said they did a few months ago. We will see. They offered a settlement over it Subaru wide. But when I submit my claim they denied it stating “I had no proof of hotel stays to prove I was stranded.” I live local. This dealership replaced my battery every SINGLE year for this problem and that wasn’t enough. I even bought a NOCO battery starter so I wouldn’t need another car to get a jump. I submit that. Still not enough. They tried to stick me with the bill after all this. I had to go above the dealership to get this resolved. Don’t buy from Dick Hannah Subaru! More
The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I went in for an oil service, replace a head light, and check a tire that was punctured. They did the oil change and said my head light was fine and they just neede oil service, replace a head light, and check a tire that was punctured. They did the oil change and said my head light was fine and they just needed to fix the wiring, next day it was not working again. They also said my tire was not punctured when it actually was. I had to take it to a tire show on fourth plain to get it fixed. Now I feel like I cannot trust this place to continue to do my car service. Makes me wonder if they actually changed the engine oil. Sad,, I’ve been coming to this shop since I got my car. More

I have purchased many cars over the years, and no one really thinks the process is fun or easy bit this team is amazing. They have changed my perspective on the car buying experience.
