Taylor Cort, Heather James, and Tim Rock - They ROCK! I went to the Vancouver Truck Center to look at trucks, since my old truck was starting to suck up money in multiple repairs. I expected to get high I went to the Vancouver Truck Center to look at trucks, since my old truck was starting to suck up money in multiple repairs. I expected to get high pressure and had my defenses up and ready. Taylor Cort and Tim Rock (sales manager) made my visit low stress, enjoyable, and relaxing. After past experience at other dealerships, I was dreading the finance office part of the sale. In the past, I was pressured to purchase something extra that I didn't want. In this case Heather suggested a few things, described what the benefits would be and let me make my own decision. NO PRESSURE! There were a couple issues that I had with the truck, but both issues were taken care of immediately! (Thank you Tim!) All in all, I enjoyed the search for a suitable replacement for my 1998 Dodge Ram 4X4 Truck, and drove out - a happy man with my beautiful "new-to-me" 2016 Ram 1500 4X4. So, my husband convinced me to go look at full size trucks. Seems drastic for a car seat but it was just another excuse to upgrade for our growing family. The Truck Center seemed like a logical starting point and our guy Taylor made it easy to stay. We didn't expect to buy that day but they worked with our budget and we were able to walk out of there with the truck we wanted at a price we couldn't walk away from. Taylor even urged us try out that car seat just to make sure it would fit....plenty of room to spare. We love our Ram 1500 Rebel and the service we received! More

We went in looking to test drive and find the perfect fit, but we were not really looking to buy that day, but because of the amazing sales team and the amazing deals they made for us we walked out that night with our dream truck.
