First time car buyer - Y'all were wonderful I went into the Ram Truck Center with an appointment to look at a Mazda... but upon getting there, the sales rep and I found out it had already been s I went into the Ram Truck Center with an appointment to look at a Mazda... but upon getting there, the sales rep and I found out it had already been sold. Without missing a beat, he took me around the lot and we test drove a similar style car instead. Taylor went above and beyond to explain specs on the Ford Focus, the Car Fax, and answered any and all questions I had... he definitely helped put my mind at ease with the first car jitters (I had previously been a Craigslist only buyer). Thanks again for the Dutch gift card!! The paperwork process was SO FAST - big thank you to Heather, you were so sweet! All the legal verbiage, you were able to explain in a way I could understand... so thank you!
