I feel like we're pals and she was super kind and was very humble and helpful. Not only did I get approved for a loan, I had a few options that were within my preferences. Not to mention they took my jeep on trade in!! Another big thing was my vehicle. At first I came in with preferences, a tighter budget and they listened to me very specifically. I went home with a cute Sentra that I was content with. When I saw another car I was interested in I decided I would try. I figured I wouldn't be able to but took the chance. Dick Hannah found me financing within my monthly budget. The 5 day exchange let me return a car I was content with and drive away day two with a car I LOVE.
