I'd probably shop elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a 2017 F350 on 10-30-2019. While driving the truck home that evening the transmission slips badly bet If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a 2017 F350 on 10-30-2019. While driving the truck home that evening the transmission slips badly between 3rd and 4th gear. The test drive was so short, the transmission did not even warm up to notice the problem. I promptly return the truck to Dick Hannah the next morning, and alert them of the issue. The truck was in my possession less than 24 hours. Dick Hannah Service says to me; this truck is still under Factory Warranty, we'll take it over to Ford for service. Ford diagnoses the problem, and provides advice to Dick Hannah on 11-1-2019, the truck is not under Factory Warranty. Dick Hannah tells me they are going to have the issue fixed. I traded in my truck when I bought this one, so with my new truck in the shop, I have no mode of transportation. Dick Hannah finally provides me something to drive on 11-5-2019 after me calling them daily. Just make sure you read that. I went from the 31st to the 5th of November with no way to get around, and no one at the dealership seemed to think that was a problem. On 11/8 I follow up with the Dealership to see when the truck will be ready. I'm told that its being worked on. On 11/13 I am passing through Vancouver, and stop by Ford to see when the truck will be finished. Ford advises me that the truck needs a new transmission, and that they have contacted Dick Hannah three times to get the work approved starting back on 11-1-2019, and no one from Dick Hannah responds to them. So, I clarify with the service manager at Ford: You provided them advice on 11/1, it's now 11/13 and no one has responded, and you have not done any work on the truck? Yes, that is correct. I leave Vancouver Ford, and head over to Dick Hannah. One of the sales managers listens to me, and says we're going to take care of this. So I follow up with Vancouver Ford to confirm that the work has actually been approved, and now they push me back to Dick Hannah, Ford wont talk to me either, about my own truck. It's like I'm in the twilight zone. Dick Hannah had no problem cashing my check. I traded in a truck, the new truck they sold me needs service and no one at the Dealership is even returning my calls, or even seems to care about this situation. I'm fairly sure it is experiences like this why people do not think highly of car dealers in general. Please note my timelines. I wasnt aggressive or threatening at any point, and I gave them plenty of time for them to work it out. They instead chose to lie to me saying that the truck was being worked on when it was not, and then when caught in that lie they are now choosing to outright ignore me. 11/14. I have placed calls to Dick Hannah inquiring about what is going on, and again no one has responded. More

Chucky is a funny, patient and a very compassionate person. He is not pushy in any way and is genuinely there to help others. We had so much fun looking at vehicles with him and test driving.
