Goes the extra mile in sales and service! I have had great experiences each time I have been to Gladstone Nissan in the last two years. My next experiences were for a Nissan recall and a warranty repair. Skye and Penny in the service department were prompt and friendly and followed up the work performed each time with a phone call to assure all was done properly. Most recently I purchased my car from Gladstone Nissan and the Sales Manager Patrick McCauley handled the sale and Matt the paperwork. Patrick and Matt were extraordinary, they new the answers to all my questions, had the paper work finished quickly and also followed the transaction with a telephone call. I tell friends about this dealership, they are the exceptional! More

When I arrived, they had my car ready to go, and were attentive and friendly throughout the process. I didn't feel hurried or pressured throughout, and they brought my new car onto the showroom floor to show me how everything worked, pair my phone, etc. I am very picky, but they made sure every detail was perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending friends to visit Gladstone Nissan!!! More

Dishonest dealer I went to Gladstone Nissan because I need a truck. They showed me several trucks. I picked a 2010 with 22,000 miles. The sales men stated good truck with low miles. 14 months later I started to have electrical problems with the truck. I to it took a repair shop two times. I went to trade the truck in. When they came back with the car fax they asked me when did I get into accident? I have never been in a accident. in the truck. I found out the truck had been in an accident . lesson learned check the car fax. I paid to much for the truck. The are not honest. I would not recommend buying a truck or car from Gladstone Nissan. More

We have had our car serviced at this dealership for years now. Several routine maintenance checks went without any issue. The first of several negative occurrences happened when the timing belt needed shimme now. Several routine maintenance checks went without any issue. The first of several negative occurrences happened when the timing belt needed shimmed due to a recall. It took the tech's three separate trips to re-assemble the engine compartment correctly. The plastic literally fell off and drug up the driveway the second trip home. Only after speaking to the general manager and pointing out the problems did something get done on the third trip. The second, in my mind, huge issue came when we went in for our first and only warranty issue at 59,000 miles. (yes we had purchased the extended warranty) they test drove it and claimed nothing was wrong. I'm assuming they thought the rear differential would hold up another thousand miles. Knowing something was wrong, I took it to another shop and had tolerances measured, and it was in fact beyond repair. After presenting the tolerance's to them, they claimed that we had voided the warranty by opening the service cover for inspection and measurements. It took calling Nissan directly to fix this issue. Gladstone's solution was to swap out the entire axle, which I understood because of the labor hours involved. Now we are experiencing the same issue with only 43,000 miles on this axle. When I spoke to the service manager I stated all of the previous issues with the axle and ask "if they typically last longer than 40k miles." He said he hasn't looked into it and cant answer that question. Honestly, if someone allows you to manage a service department you better know that your axles are capable of handling more than 40k miles. More
This dealership tried to sell me a 2012 and told me it was a 2013! When i questioned the year because i ran the vin number they still insisted it was a 2013!!! A complete fraud! When the manager apologized and called back for the misrepresentaion he agreed to sell ne a 2013 at the agreed price. They said i should wore the money the next morning and it was a done deal. While i was at the bank they told me they could no longer honor the deal unless i agreed to finance it ....and the entire time we were discussing a cash deal for out the door pricing. This was almost a comedy if it wasnt true. I called back to speak to the GM or owner but they out a salesman on the phone and he pretended he was the GM.... I found him listed on linkedin as a dalesman! Perhaps the most fraudulent and unethical dealership i have ever seen. Amazing...and i have the emails to back it up!!! More
