They worked with us when the van we were using broke down, and came and picked us up. They went out of their way to explain any questions we had, and were not pushy about any of the sales experience. We walked away with a car that my fiancee and I love, and we would not go anywhere else now. Doug Kenaga helped us, and he was a real gem. We even spoke to Rock and Tom, and they were both very helpful. My last time at a Dick Hannah lot (not with Natalie), decades ago, was not the best so I was a bit uneasy about our time on the first visit. The car we came away with we had to return due to unforeseen insurance issues. Returning the car was done with ease and friendly courtesy. Later on we came back and she was able to not only get us a car we totally love, but to get it within a price range we can totally afford even WITH the insurance!
