Lance Preston contacted me immediatel I sent a specific inquiry through the Dick Says Yes website, about a specific car in the Dick Hannah inventory. Lance Preston contacted me immediately and expressed interest in helping me out with what I was looking for. Lance tracked down the location of the car I was looking at, and promptly set up a time for me to come and take it for a spin. All I had to do was tell Lance when I wanted to stop by the dealership and he took care of the rest. Lance was very low pressure and most importantly to me, very straight forward. I told him from the get go that I wasn't going to waste his time and he never once wasted mine. Working with Lance I was able to quickly and painlessly negotiate to get the exact car I wanted for what I was willing to pay.
