They DONT pay referral as promised I bought a car back in October 2014. Recently I convinced my neighbor to head on down to dick says yes because he didn't have good credit. During his visit he mentioned I had referred him and they said oh that's nice. Now, when I purchased my car they said every customer I referred that purchased a car, they would send me a hundred dollars. When I inquired about the referral, they jumbled me around via email over and over, saying the message was forwarded to management. Obviously management does not care. Well guess what, word of mouth is the best advertising and if you are not going to pay customers the referral fee you promiae , then you have lost business. From now on, when people say, where did you get your car? I'll reply, don't go there, go to Bud Clary. Don't send people to this dealership and expect them to keep up on their end of the bargain. Working in the car rental business for may years, I have been spoiled by driving nice newer cars, and I was a very picky customer. Tony was very patient and tried to very hard to suggest vehicles that would meet my needs with the fleet they had available. While I did find a car I could live with, it was not the Subaru I really wanted. Tony and his team hunted other stores in the area to find my car, they finally found a Subaru Legacy that checked just about every box on my very picky wish list.
