I highly recommend Dick Says Yes To Everyone! I am a previous Dick Hannah Customer and I was very impressed with how I was treated at Dick Says Yes. I looked at many cars. I made many phone calls. I did everything to try and get out of my Honda Element that I had, because I no longer wanted an SUV but a car. I even was going to go to some other dealerships, but a call from Rachel at Dick Says Yes made me realize that I shouldn't go anywhere but Dick Hannah. After two visits to Dick Says Yes, the first being unsuccesful because I think I was looking for cars that were nice but that just wouldnt fit my circumstances (income and credit). I went back a second time. Both times I worked with Jake Adams. We looked at a bunch of cars and finally found a Jetta that Jake was almost sure he could put me into. It was really nice, fully loaded and low mileage. They made it happen! They did everything to put me in that car! I even went back to the dealership a second time to resign paperwork because the lender wanted the financing to be at a particular amount financed. Mind you they already had made so many exceptions but they even were able to lower my payment by another $35 dollars from 310 to 275 a month in order to meet the request of the lender. So in other words they cut the price even more. Bought a 15,000 dollar Jetta For About 10,700. Great Deal Anyways! They really want to make you happy. The Customers For Life Program is great! We recently purchased an '09 Dodge from John Lee at Dick Hannah. Our experience has been great. After having been given the run around by dealerships in Eugene Oregon we drove from Cottage Grove Oregon to Hannah. Our experience has been great. After being turned down at 2 other dealerships. I was a little frustrated with trying to buy from a dealership. Jake and Rachel were fabulous - I 100% stand by that. I am however disappointed with my experience with Rueben and James. It is now January 1st, 2010 and I have not yet received the license plates for my car which I purchased on 12/9/09. My temporary trip permit expired yesterday, 12/31/09. I was told by Rueben that I had to get my DEQ paperwork right back to them the next day so that he could process all of my DMV paperwork to get my plates to me before the end of the month. I drove all the way out to Vancouver rushing to get my stuff into the dealership in time. After speaking with James just a few minutes ago, it seems that I SHOULD have been told that I would have to purchase a second trip permit because the DMV is now taking longer to process things. When I voiced concerns that my permit is now expired and I have to drive for almost a week before I can get to the DMV to purchase another permit and I could now get pulled over and given a ticket...James reassured me by telling me "that's extremely rare". Well, that makes me feel so much better about driving ILLEGALLY!!! I was so happy with my experience when I first purchased my car. I was recommending Dick Says Yes to EVERYONE! Now, I feel like they just don't know what they are doing and I now will be suggesting that people go elsewhere to purchase a car. I would love to do business with Jake and or Rachel again, but unfortunately it won't be possible if they are still at this dealership when the need arises. More

Started outlooking on line.Found the vechile I was interested in, filled out the email portion and then submitted. With in about half hour I was contacted by Rachel who then asked me a few questions g interested in, filled out the email portion and then submitted. With in about half hour I was contacted by Rachel who then asked me a few questions got me with a loan officer then Robert. With the holidays in place I wasn't able to get out as soon as I wanted however things worked out in the end. I arrived on Friday Dec.4 around 12:00 by 3:00 I was driving away in my dream vechile.
