Nick was great and helped us till the end even though it took us more then a week to come up with what we needed. Where do I begin?? I had the world's WORST credit. Credit Score in the 400's, tons of inquiries. I was only hurting myself. In 2007, My previous experiences with Dick Hannah Ford/Honda/Chrysler were not satisfactory at all,and I had made up in my mind that I would not go to Dick Hannah in the future... CHANGE OF PLANS!!!! After hearing on the radio/tv about Dicksaysyes.com, I decided to give it another shot, and boy am I happy that I did. I did my application online and it says someone will be in contact with you shortly. Within the first 10 minutes, I received a call from Nick Barnes, who is, hands down, the BEST salesperson I have EVER come in contact with. It took me about 1 year to finally come in, due to financial/credit issues that I needed to clean up. I will never forget when Nick told me "I will give you some time, I will check up on you in about a month." When Nick called me, not only was it a month later, but it was a day early. What a way to make a person feel special!!! I was very intimidated about purchasing another vehicle because of my credit. Nick and Chris NEVER made me feel bad about my issues. They were concerned about what was best for me, and that was re-establishing my credit. I purchased my 2009 Kia Spectra and let me tell you I LOVE IT!!! I never though I would fall in love with a 5-speed Car, but thanks to Nick & Chris, I will never buy an automatic again!!! Ha Ha!!! Once I go to financing, no one does it better than Rachel!! Her warm smile, sense of humor, and loving spirit made me a very happy customer and I'm glad I didnt have to spend "3" hours signing papers....I spent 10 minutes to be exact!!! He didn't call me 5 times a day, and when he did call, if I didn't answer he left a message and waited for me because he was friendly and courteous. I recieved a call the following day from Nick Barnes, a salesman at the vancouver, WA Dick Hannah Dealership, and was estatic when he told me that he would be able to help me finance the purchase of a vehicle without any limitations, which meant I could choose the vehicle of my choice. Meeting with Nick was a great experience, he was very helpful and even stayed late after closing hours to work around my very tight schedule. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service Nick and everyone at Dick Hannah provided me, I was able to test drive the vehicle, finance it, and drive it home all in the same day. From the time that I got out of my car, I was satisfied. Nick approached me and was very friendly, and not overbearing. After giving this dealer a great rating I have since changed my opinion. Originally we did the online "pre-approval". Within minutes we received a call from the dealership. He told us we were pre-approved so we set up an appt. on the one day off we had. Once we got there it changed from being approved to "let's see if we can get you approved". We were under the impression we were approved for a certain vehicle we had looked at on the website. The salesman ran the numbers and told us we couldn't do the car we wanted but we were approved for a more expensive car with more miles. So after 5 hours at the dealership we left the lot with a car we really liked, even if the pmt. wasnt exactly what we were hoping for, after trading in our old car. After owning the car for 2 days and going to DEQ as we were required to do, we get a phone call from the dealer and the bank saying there are still some things they need to do to "finalize the approval". Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that something they should "finalize" before they take someone's trade-in and let them drive off the lot? After all of the latest issues we've been having I would recommend that people go anywhere BUT Dick Hannah. More
